I spent two and a half hours in the store having issues with my cell phone service, Jordan was more than helpful getting everything cleared up for me. He remained extremely patient and polite the entire time. I would highly recommend asking for him to get the job done.

Nabila was helping us set-up a new account for our friend who is a new comer to Canada. She was amazing and pleasant throughout the entire time. She was super funny, very charismatic, very knowledgeable, patient, and made things so much easier for us. She also made sure to offer additional accessories for the new phone and gave us reminders and advices on how to handle the new account. Overall, it was a 10/10. If you’re coming to visit Freedom at BCC, be sure to ask for Nabila! Thank you for all your help <3

I want to thank Nick and Branden so much for helping me fix my SIM card situation even though I came in last minute they still accommodated me and stayed a little late on a Sunday before closing to help me resolve my issue. Great service! A new phone was delivered from another store in the time it took Rogers to finally let me go! Ha.They did an excellent job of handling a complex service change...while still training 2 new fantastic service reps. Koodos...pun intended...to the whole team!

Can I give negative stars? This company has lost my respect and cost me money, more importantly, my precious time. Hands down, the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF MY LIFE. I can only hope karma will force the company closure. I was lied to, over and over and over. Strung along for a full month of paying while not having service and am now stuck with a modem that I’ll be converting to target practice as I have been told they can’t get me service at my new apartment (even though for a month they kept saying they were working it!) save your time, money, sanity.

Bell
Bell is the worst cell phone company to use. I ordered a new phone off the app, and had it shipped to my Moms cause I was away. They created a Bell account using my Moms personal information without her permission. When contacting customer support they hung up on me 4 times. They have refused to remove my Mom from the account they illegally made. NEVER USE BELL WORST CELL PHONE COMPANY AROUND
