What a waste of time. An hour and a half to be exact. Was talked through my options, told they'd pay off up to $200 on my old plan and set me up with a new plan that suited me. After going to Koodo and finding out what I had left on my plan, choosing a new phone in Eastlink and deciding i was going to go through with it, the girl started my account...so now an hour in she tells me about the credit check, sure no problem, i know plenty of people who have gone through with them with little to no credit. She told me i wasnt approved. There was another guy working who could tell i was upset and told me it was just a random computer soft credit check and they could send my info along to do a hard check. Reluctantly i proceeded because I was sure I'd be approved as I have elsewhere many times before. I had to wait another 30 minutes at this point for them to tell me the same result and that I would have to pay off my own tab and buy the new phone outright. I got home, upset obviously, and checked my credit information. They did two hard checks and put my score down 18 points. Overall not impressed, maybe in the future be upfront and stop wasting peoples time.

Wait times on hold are too long. Not enough agents to support customer calls for service. Hours of service are not much better than banking hours. Poor communication when services are not available.

Trying to port over 3 phones, was on the phone for hours and they couldn't figure out how to do it. They sent me my new Sim cards and they still couldn't figure it out. They even told me to leave my Virgin card in and it would work with Eastlink, it didn't. Can't believe the level of incompetence with Eastlink customer service. If they are this bad while I'm trying to get their service, how bad will they be once I'm completely moved over!!!

Seriously they would not sell me a phone for cash because i was no from their service area. Fido hooked both my wife and I up with in 15 minutes.

Bought phone and never satisfied with their service , every month have billing problem they are keep adding charges on it, i came store they never give me proper answer and long wait timeI would rate 0/10

Friendly staff. Their coverage wasn't good for where we live so we couldn't stay with them, but the rates are great if we did.
